以枞树型叶根精铣刀为例,阐述了可换硬质合金型线刀体和刀片精铣刀的优化设计、制造工艺、建模及优化设计,进行切削过程加工策略优化和加工过程模拟,设计制造了锥柄专用工装及检测环规、磨削刀片后角专用工装,采用NUMROTO软件编制刀片加工工步。该项目研制的可换刀片精铣刀型线精度完全能达到进口铣刀水平,能满足大部分轮槽与叶根加工对型线精度的要求,可以大幅度节约刀具费用。  相似文献

Agile practices become increasingly popular for projects and project portfolios offering firms a higher flexibility to adapt to dynamic environments. This study investigates the antecedents and consequences of agile practices' relevance for strategy formulation in project portfolio management processes. Building on complex adaptive systems theory, we hypothesize a positive relationship between agile capabilities and emerging strategy initiatives and eventually portfolio success. Agile capabilities refer to both the project portfolio organization's intensity of and competence in applying agile practices. Using a sample of 135 portfolios and multiple informants for each portfolio, the results support entrepreneurial orientation and voice behavior as antecedents for agile capabilities. Furthermore, the findings support an agile portfolio's positive relationship with emergence recognition and overall portfolio success. The findings contribute to the literature by identifying two significant antecedents of agile capabilities as well as empirically demonstrating the positive relationship between agile portfolios and emerging strategy recognition. For practitioners, the study encourages the application of agile practices by stressing the general positive influence of agile capabilities and underlines entrepreneurial orientation and voice behavior as important methods of empowerment for agile portfolio processes.  相似文献

Exergy–energy analysis of the plate heat exchanger is experimentally performed with different Al2O3–MgO hybrid nanofluid (HyNf) as a hot fluid. There were six combinations of fluids, namely, deionized (DI) water, ethylene glycol–DI water brine (1:9 volume ratio), propylene glycol–DI water brine (1:9 volume ratio), base fluids and their respective Al2O3–MgO (4:1 particle volume ratio) HyNfs of 0.1% total volume concentration. The effects of different flow rates and hot inlet temperatures on the heat transfer rate, heat transfer coefficient, pump work, irreversibility, and performance index (PI) are investigated. It is witnessed that the heat transfer rate, heat transfer coefficient, pump work, and irreversibility enhances with the flow rate and nanoparticle suspension. While the PI declines with a rise in the flow rate, the heat transfer rate, heat transfer coefficient, PI, and irreversibility rise up maximum for MgO–alumina (1:4) DI water HyNf upto 11.8%, 31.7%, 11.1%, and 4.05%, respectively. The pump work enhances upto 1.6% for MgO–alumina (1:4)/EG–DI water (1:9) HyNf.  相似文献

针对实体产业对科技资源的服务需求,以服务效应作为资源文本分类标准,提出一种基于多元神经网络融合的分布式资源空间文本分类模型。设计了包含词嵌入层、卷积层、双向门控循环单元层、注意力机制层和softmax层的多元神经网络通路;在此基础上采用基于需求—效应—资源分类策略,完成了从定性科技资源需求到定量资源服务效应求解,再到定性科技资源输出的映射变换,重点解决了分布式科技资源局部和全局语义特征形式多样、文本长距离依赖特征显著、重要资源信息难以准确识别的问题,进而从分布式科技资源空间中快速准确地获取效应知识,提升实体产业产品研发效率和创新能力;通过万方专利科技资源数据集验证了所提方法的可行性和有效性,为更加全面地挖掘资源文本特征和按需服务实体产业提供了一种新的思路和手段。  相似文献

Hybrid Cu–ZrO2/GNPs nanocomposites were successfully produced using powder metallurgy technique. The effect of GNPs mass fraction, 0, 0.5, 1 and 1.5%, on the mechanical and electrical properties of the produced hybrid nanocomposite was investigated while maintaining ZrO2 mass fraction constant at 5%. High-energy ball milling was applied for mixing powders followed by compaction and sintering. The morphological analysis of the produced powder showed acceleration of Cu particles fracture during ball milling with the addition of GNPs up to 0.5% with noticeable reduction of agglomeration size. Moreover, the crystallite size of Cu–5%ZrO2/0.5%GNPs hybrid nanocomposites revealed smaller crystallite size, 142 nm, compared to 300 nm for Cu–5%ZrO2 nanocomposite. Additionally, the hybrid nanocomposite with 0.5% GNPs shows homogeneous distribution of both reinforcement phases in the sintered samples. The compressive strength increased with the GNPs content and reached 504.6 MPa at 0.5%, 31% higher than the Cu-5%ZO2. The thermal conductivity had the maximum value at 0.5 wt%GNPs and reached 345 W/m k. The results provide efficient manufacturing process for high strength and good conductivity hybrid nanocomposites, which is applicable in many structural applications such as heat exchange purposes.  相似文献

在传统滚动轴承故障诊断中,绝大多数方法采用了从振动信号提取特征的诊断模式,但是这种模式必然会使原始信号降维进而导致故障信息的丢失。卷积神经网络(CNN)通过权重共享和稀疏连接直接对原始信号进行操作,实现自适应特征提取,最大化保留故障信息。受CNN原理启发,开发出了一种基于工业振动信号特征的新型诊断框架,称之为混合时间序列CNN(HTS-CNN)。首先,利用估计总体比例的方法自适应确定模型训练样本数目;其次,通过对时间序列片段进行随机组合的方式,使模型能够提取非相邻信号特征;最后,利用Softmax激活函数在模型输出端执行多分类任务。通过对凯斯西储大学及CUT-2平台轴承数据进行分析,实验结果表明:该方法能够准确、有效的对滚动轴承故障进行分类。  相似文献

针对1 200 MPa级冷轧先进高强钢轧制不稳定问题,对热轧原料组织性能均匀性、冷轧压缩比、冷连轧机组轧制策略等进行了分析。结果表明,热轧工序投入边部加热器,采用分段冷却等手段,可有效降低热轧原料头尾部组织性能差异,保证通卷性能均匀,进而保证通卷轧制过程稳定;通过优化冷连轧机组压缩比,可有效降低材料本身的加工硬化强度,进而避免连轧机组后面机架的轧制超负荷情况;通过优化冷连轧机组轧制策略,可保证轧制过程中各机架均匀变形,避免出现轧制力差异较大的情况,进而保证轧制过程稳定。采用上述措施,1 200 MPa级冷轧先进高强钢轧制力控制在约15 000 kN,厚度精度控制在±0.06 mm以内,可保证该级别高强钢的稳定轧制。  相似文献

Hollow glass microspheres (HGMs)/epoxy syntactic foam were reinforced by hybrid functionalized carbon nanotubes that were synthesized by simultaneous covalent and noncovalent functionalization of carbon nanotubes. The effect of hybrid functionalized carbon nanotubes on density, mechanical properties, and water absorption of HGMs/epoxy syntactic foam was studied. The study indicated that the dispersion of carbon nanotubes in epoxy resin can be improved by hybrid functionalization. The compression strength of syntactic foam reinforced by hybrid functionalized carbon nanotubes was significantly enhanced. The maximum compressive strength of syntactic foam corresponding to chitosan modified carbon nanotubes approached 60 MPa. Hybrid functionalized carbon nanotubes had little effect on the water absorption ability of syntactic foam, and was less than 1%. © 2019 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. J. Appl. Polym. Light induced catalytic processes have attracted significant attention during the last years for wastewater treatment due to their efficiency in decomposition of organic contaminants. In this study we report the synthesis of graphene oxide (GO)/ZnO hybrid layers with high photocatalytic efficiency using laser radiation. The results show that the hybrid layers exhibit much improved photodecomposition efficiency as compared to pure GO or ZnO both under UV and visible-light irradiation. The enhanced photocatalytic efficiency of the hybrid as compared to the reference pure ZnO and GO layers was attributed to the contribution of GO to the separation and transport of the photogenerated charge carriers. Additionally, under visible light irradiation the organic molecules can act as first sensitizers in the degradation process. The recyclability of the layers was also investigated through repetitive photodegradation cycles under UV- or visible-light irradiation. After consecutive degradation runs, the hybrid photocatalyst layers were still stable and retained high degradation efficiency, ensuring reusability. The photocatalytic activity of the layers was correlated with the gradual change of their chemical structure during consecutive degradation cycles. Owing to the high photodegradation efficiency, reusability, and ease of recovery the synthesised hybrid layers consisting of easily available materials are suitable for environmental purification applications.  相似文献
